Game not working!

the problem is that once i download it nothing happens.

Let's see if we can get this figured out for you...

When you say "nothing happens", what exactly do you mean? You mentioned that you bought the game at a retail store but then state that "once you download it, nothing happens". I'm not sure what you mean there. So could you tell me what you've done so far?
