just installed software and keep getting same error message when software boots up. could not load type stardock.central.archive.archivemanager from assembly sd central, version=1.0.o.o cultre=neutral,public key token=null   what the hell does this mean

What application? (Guessing Stardock Central)
Where did you install from?
What operating system?
What security apps are you running?

You might just want to use Impulse as your download manager instead.
