Hello out there

I wonder if some one can help me, I want to take a screenshot with my startpanel showing, rightclick showing and the stacked docklet in Objectdock plus once clicked on showing, I am totally lost, I've seen the people do it in screenshots but as hard as I try I cannot get it right, please someone can you point me in the right direction.

Good point cp.

Actually my recent CryoEgg ss is the first one I've ever done by editing together multiple shots. And that was just because I wanted to be able to show the weather backdrops and the glow on the start button.
