Folder Location of Downloaded File

So I installed Impulse and downloaded the file.  But where does Impulse save that file.  Since Sins of a Solar Empire v1.1 Beta is 1.5GB, it would be nice to save that file to my USB flash drive and bring it home.  I play the game both at work and home.  My work's internet is far faster than home.  Why would I want to redownload 1.5GB at home?  Time is money.

This is why I hate dealing with download problems for your updates or games (e.g., Steam, Impulse, Stardock, etc.).

Thanks for your help, Wizard.

Now only if I can determine how to reinitialize the download without uninstalling Sins. So annoying. Its a lot easier just to download from a website.

I started the download of Making History Gold(demo version) at 12:30pm ,it finished at around 12:30 am at an avg. dl speed of 24kbs,about all my dsl can handle.12 hours to download and install a 1.2 Gb demo?Ouch, and I think the demo is only an hour long. ;p Now the good news.It appeared to download onto my "c" drive, and then was installed into "G",a usb drive, and will launch and run from there.I hope that answers your question.
Your plan may be the way to go,EchoMirage,if you have a high-speed download source. It's worth a try anyway. :D
