You can post your debug.err file right here on the forums. Just load the debug.err file into Notepad or any text editor. Highlight and copy the entire contents and paste them into your post here, or you could email it as an attachment to support@stardock.com.
Without the debug.err, there isn't much we can suggest, except this:
Have you used Impulse to get the newest version of the game?
Make sure your video drivers are up-to-date as well.
Also, how far do you get before the game "shuts off?" Do you get to the title screen? Can you pick your candidate? your opponent? do you see the vs. screen?
Any more information you could provide would help us to figure out what the problem is.
