Mad Boris's Core Maximizer

If you visit this link http://forum.gaspowered.com/viewtopic.php?t=13032, Mad Boris provides a link to a small piece of software that can greatly improve the frame-rate of Supreme Commander if you have a multi-core PC.

I was thinking that if either this mod (with approval from Mad Boris i suspect), or something similar was integrated into Demigod it would help lower the system requirements for Demigod from the get go.  This would in turn enable Demigod to be available to a greater audience increasing our player base.

Is GPG looking into this?  Are the enhancements/improvements to the Supcom engine that have been hinted at include this mod?

Uhm, the mod doesn't work properly post-FA AFAIK since it only screws up threading.

In my opinion:
If you have a multi core cpu you have enough cpu power to play the game.
I´m more worried about those, who only have a single core cpu :NOTSURE:

Really, how interesting. I thought he released an FA version for this? Of course, I haven't been paying a huge amount of attention to the latest version of this mod, but I do remember in Vanilla Supcom it worked a treat.
