What are the system specs for this game?

I saw the trailer, and it looks great. I'm chomping at the bit to get into the beta, but I'm concerned that my rig won't be able to handle it.  Can you please post the specs for us? Thanks.

If you can play Supreme Commander then you can probably play Demigod. The video requirements should be about the same, while the CPU requirement should be slightly less. Performance is supposed to be significantly improved over Supreme Commander. Give the SupCom demo a try; if that works, you're good to go. What are your system specs?

Thanks for the reply, AZ. I haven't played SupCom, (can't play 'em all) but I checked the Wiki, and my system meets or exceeds the recommendations for that game. AMD 3200+ Barton, 2G ram, ATI1650.

I have every expectation that this game will be more efficient, especially since Frogboy has been involved in it, but I would like someone 'in the know' to confirm.

We haven't given any specs yet, but as some others have commented it should be less demanding than SC due to engine optimizations, etc. I'm sure some people on the lower end of the spectrum will be in the beta soon and they can give feedback on how it runs for them.

Well i have a P4 HT 3200 with 1GB and a 7600GT and a Q6000@3200 with 8GB and 8800GT so it will be nice to compare the performance. I did play the beta of Supcom with the first computer and that worked great, so ii have high expectations...

Will there be DX10 options?

Thanks, Kryo. I have decided that I will be one of those 'people'. Better performance=larger audience=better sales. (Sorry for the curt reply, palsey's acting up again.)

just keep in mind that it will be probably debug builds during the beta sucking up some performance.
