Run-time error 11

I just recently have almost completed a Windows XP Welcome Screen. I've used LogonStudio XP for the whole thing.
I edited some things in the UIFile and Theme.ini files and then loaded it back up to edit in LogonStudio XP. I then tested it and continued changing things in LogonStudio XP.

I tested it another time and now it gives me this error:

Run-time error '11':
Division by zero

Does anyone know how to repair my welcome screen to be editable again? I've already tried replacing the UIFile and Theme.ini files with backups I made at the beginning before editing them and the problem still exists.
