creating a new dream

You can capture the intro with a program called "fraps". The capture will be in avi format so you will have to convert it to mpeg or wmv. You can use Windows movie maker to convert to wmv for free or buy an encoder to convert to mpeg.
As for permission, if your creating it for personal use you should be ok. If your going to upload it to WinCustomize, keep it to 15 seconds or less and it will fall under the fair use rule.

Thanks Carguy1 you have been a great help with the links as well i did not know about the 15 second rule.if i get it up and running i upload it
