Think Green will not load!

I need some help. Is the theme Think Green for MyColors a free one? I have it in my themes list but it refuses to load What do you have to do to get it to load Windowblinds and the rest? I have the newest version, all my other themes load ok. I have windows XP And am trying to load Think Green XP.

OK I got it to load finally. I had to update WindowBlinds to the newest Beta version on Object Desktop and it works. Thanks for the great theme Stardock!
