If i pre order now, am i still legible for beta? is/has there been a cut off yet?

He means we don't know if there's been a cut off. If it's anything like traditional Stardock betas, the cut off is actually a week or two after the beta phase starts. So, in theory, you should still be able to get in the first beta phase.

If not, then you'll make it into the second, it's not a one-time deal. Each beta phase gives you a chance to pre-order and join.
