Game still not working

The game wasnt showing the game in color it was mostly black and white and parts of the screen were bloched out, so I got a new video card, like political machine said to do, its doing the same thing so what do i do now.

Can you post the contents of your "debug.err" file. It can be opened with notepad and is located here: "/my documents/my games/polMachine2008/debug.err". The file is created by the game each time you run it, and will have system information as well as important messages that the game writes to it that may help us determine what is causing your issues.

That was rude of the game....It can SUGGEST a new card, but to demand it  X-(  I will punish the game for it's lip ;)
