If the Iraqi governement refuses to allow more U.S. military presence in their country after the end of the year, and also do not want to relinquish command of Iraqi's Airspace, how should the White House answer to this?

And if the White House doesn't want to accept "no" as an answer (as it seems to do right now).. what would happen? Topple the Iraqi governement? Yielding by the U.S.? How reaching is Iraq's Sovereignty when it concerns the U.S.?

If the Iraqi governement wants to prosecute U.S. troops that commit crimes on their lands (past the present accords, off course), what should be U.S.'s attitude toward it? What if Iraqi officials arrest a U.S. trooper, saying that legaly they can prosecute him (that's totally 100% hypothetical - for the moment) while the U.S. never formally agreed to it (the accords simply met their expiration date without being re-signed), should the U.S. blast the Iraqi prison to get their trooper back?
