no response from stardock

sent umpteen request to stardock to help me as i have reached the maximum activations with my windowblinds but they dont seem to be getting back to me

what else can i do

Every time you update a case it resets the order in the queue.  So you may have been killing yourself.

I'll try to see if anyone is available to reset it over the US holiday weekend.
