Press Play, the video game entertainment section of Philly.com gives a review of The Political Machine 2008.  Gaming columnist, Dennis McCauley, takes TPM through its paces with Barack Obama at the helm.  He tried several running mates including Hillary Clinton and Al Gore, and gives a good perspective on what The Political Machine is all about.

In the game, players assume the role of presidential campaign manager for the candidate of their choice. A number of 2008 contenders are available as well as a few whose candidacies exist only in the minds of true believers. Democrat Al Gore and Republican Dick Cheney, for example, can make a virtual run for the top job.
