SDC Download, and download SDC, then "follow your nose" its easy to use. It does have its quirks like any piece of software, and if you hit an issue, post - its been around for a long time so its a solid mature piece of software - most SDC issues are more "fingers & thumbs" with something new than anything else.
If you already have it, and 1.95 is not visible, open up Tools - Settings - Internet and change the server that is shown to the one not shown in the drop down box (there's only two of them).
Then press the "refresh xml data" button on the same page. After its done that, you should be good to go and V1.95 should be showing in the game section (assuming you have already purchased it) - yell again if your not sorted.
