Problem Loading -- "Windows Script" error

The game downloaded, but when I try to run it, I get an error which says I need to download "Windows Script" or use the Start Menu  (setup.exe)

 

I don't see the program in the Start menu and have not found a startup.exe file.  When I open the Political Machine folder, and click the .exe file, I get a version of the game which runs excruciatingly slow. 

 

Please help.  Thanks.

and download and install Windows Script.

What you have on your computer may be old or corrupt.

Then try the game again.

You may want to reboot after you install it, just to make sure that everything is in place.
