bought WindowBlinds but have some questions about the activation

Hello!

Iv`e just recently bought myself a license for WindowBlinds Enhanced 6.1 and i was wondering what is the maximum amount of times you can activate the product with the send Serial Number before I have to email stardock support to have my activation limit reset?

Well, its ovisly so i know not to go over a certain amount of activation times when testing the product on my operating systems.

Why did you ask that? You don`t believe I bought the product or something? because i have the proof that i did.

I wouldn't worry about it too much.  When you hit the limit you can email [email protected] and they can reactivate you.
(but I wouldn't go testing the limit either)  ;)

Sylver123 the reason the question was asked is that you purchased a single license. You can load it on two computers where you are the primary user, a dekstop computer and a laptop or a home computer and a work computer. They can not be in use at the same time.

You statement might seem to someone that you were going to load it onto mulitiple computers.  ;)

you can only run it on 2 computers now? or has it always been that way? I thought it was any computer you owned... or is it different for Object Desktop (only have on one now anyways, but just curious)

Solution Yes, to a point. Only 1 copy of the product can be used at once, per license. But if you want to have it on both home and work computer or install it on the road that is not only allowed but recommended. As long as only one copy is actively in use (someone sitting at the computer) at any one time, you are covered.


I think this covers any PCs you have.

no, cuz obviously if you were using a cracked version you wouldn't be worried about activation :)

"I just got WB and I've several different systems I want to test it on, so I was wondering if anybody could tell at what point should I get ready to quit playing or be ready to email Support for reactivation?"

You can download the software to two computers that you own. In the EULA it says "two computers that are not typically in use at the same time". This was written with home/office, home/laptop, office/laptop and so on. We are not so often picky about the installs. However the exact number of the threshold will not be given out. Basically here is what you need to know.

A large amount of activations over a short period of time, lots of different IP addresses, or lots of different logons for the activation will set off the threshold. You are able to activate as many times as you like but once you hit the ceiling it is best to email us at support so we can see what occurred. This is a preventive measure against account sharing, serial number sharing, and theft of account information.
