Can't delete custom character

I hit delete, it asks if I'm sure, I hit yes, and he's still there. I tried restarting the game, and he's still there. Any ideas?

I can't delete them either, I just delete them in the folder KnightAV pointed out. Pretty lame.

That is strange. I was deleting characters all afternoon while testing the various issue polling bugs.

Is there anything bizarre occurring during the creation process?

Hey! I have the same problem. Can not delete custom chars.

Hey ShooterSix.. are you running TPM on Vista? If so, maybe its a HDD
write permission problem we have and we simply need to run the game
in admin mode. (Something that just struck me... will test in about 3
hours when I come home from work). :p

Edit: Did you install the game seperately or download via Impulse?
(I downloaded via Impulse).
