I cannot download impulse because the links https://stardock.cachefly.net/impulse_setup.exe and https://stardock.cachefly.net/impulse_setup_full.exe are BOTH down. Is there any alternative download links? I purchased my game via digital download, please help =P

Strange, it works fine for me. It's possible that cachefly's local server to you is having issues, if so this is something that'll need looked into in the morning.
