  Man, I am toasty, day 4 of vacation, taking a break from the very intense gulf of Mexico sun... thought I'd drop a line to say having a great time.. couldn't be nicer here and dont wanna go home!!  X-( 

Well, going para-sailing tommorrow with my youngest.. 600ft.. over blue sea.. can't wait. even tho I'm terrified of heights.. :NOTSURE:  X-( ... I'll just have to be brave won't I.. :D 

Anyway.. wish you all were here with me.. back to work soon enough I suppose  :SNIFF!:  X-( 

will post some stuff from trip when i get home and settled :).

Now off to liqour store !! ;p

They do that in the summers on Lake George(about 10 minutes from where I live) and for 10 years now I've always wanted to do it. But I've never allowed myself because all I can think of is what a rush it would be to unhook myself while up that high. And I don't see that ending well. ;p :LOL:

Yes, it's lobster season here and just about anywhere you go you can see them.

Of the many species roaming Florida this time of year I prefer the "raccoon lobster" that's the one that fell asleep on the beach with their sunglasses on.

There's also the "zebra lobster".....they made a half-assed attempt to coat themselves with 500 sunblock but ended up missing large areas or leaving handprints all over themselves.

One of the interesting activities available is at the mall. Here you can judge from the way people walk or hold themselves just how badly they let themselves get burned. If you're smart you can find a good reason to walk up and pat them on the back. ;)

Well.... made it home early last evening.. took an early night... had a wonderful time!!

Now I have the inevitable post-vacation unpacking, cleaning, mowing, grocery store etc to do.

After that I'll try post a pic or two and then its back to work on my latest WB - Avanti  :D

Looks a bit safer than the way we used to do it...an old army parachute, roller skates, and a 68 Mustang at the local Drag Strip.

Man...some times I wonder how we made it through the 70s. :NOTSURE: :LOL:
