Digital download will not accept serial number

I purchased two copies, once for me and one for my sister. But it seems that the digital download through Impulse is giving me an error on both serial numbers sent in the emails.

"Yout accout is expired. (ref: 103)"

I then went to the old Stardock central program and it didnt even have The Political Machine 2008 listed.

Check your email addresses. I had a similar problem.

There was a problem with the serials that has been resolved. Try again and have fun!

It didn't even prompt me for a serial number, i tried putting the serial number in the coupon thing....but then I went to my games, and it was listed as a game I owned, so I dunno, it just worked
