over 30 days

but i just reinstalled it and no go

Reinstalling won't reset the 30 days.
30 days should be long enough to know if you like the app or not/

You can reinstall all you want....it's a timed out trial......

If you purchase Windowblinds make sure to uninstall the trial first and also turn off anti-virus and firewall programs while installing.

I'd suggest taking a look at Object Desktop first.....It includes Windowblinds and several other programs. It's the best deal in desktop customization. :)

Have to agree with lantec's last paragraph even if it means waiting a few weeks or months to get the pinga's (money)togeather,in the mean time to tie you over my colors has a free theme called Quest,actually i think there's two but can't remember the other one's name.

Good advice,there is a lot of value there. I bough WB6 as a stand alone,and upgraded to Object Desktop,it was worth every penny.If you upgrade later,they do give you a discount.Btw,the paid version of WindowBlinds has features you didn't see with the trial.You'll love it.Avoid cracked copies,read the forums here and you'll see they are nothing but trouble,and you'll get little or no help with warez.On the other hand,Stardock support is first rate,and folks here at WC are glad to help also. :D

Whether buying Windowblinds alone or ObjectDesktop to get Windowblinds and the other apps, it is well worth the money. ;)

Go to Windowblind Configuration->Setting->Change to look of an app->add per application setting-> navigate to your autoCAD.exe or whatever apps you want-> tick "Ignore this application and do not skin it"..that should do it :)

Was it messing with the menus? Making them disappear until you mouseover?

I've been testing recently and found I could allow the titlebar to be skinned with the last few updates. Prior to that I had to totally exclude it since version 2006.

is the window maximized? It should look like Windows Classic

You might want to try rebooting and see if the issue still exists.

top = skinned
bottom = by-passing the skin

hmm... no idea.. hmm I wonder what the app look like when WB totally disable?

That looks and smells like an XP/Nvidia system. Post your WB Config System info and the graphic driver version.

So much for "looks and smells". Your WB install is also correct.

I've seen where the whole title bar doesn't show, but never a partial. To tell you the truth. the top image doesn't even look right.

If you have any other Stardock apps running, turn them off. That app looks like it has a skinning engine....if it does, enable it. If you maximize the app in Vista, it 'should' show correctly, skinning engine or not (not that that is the answer to the problem). Try running Aero via WB ...make sure your color is set to 32 and reboot the lap. See if the problem persists.
