Still on Schedule?

June 17th release?

Was just wondering if this game is still on schedule to be released June 17th. I have it preordered but I'm wondering when exactly I'll get to play it? June 17th at midnight? or when?

Like Augie64, my Impulse-downloaded TPM2008 doesn't like the serial number from the email I received earlier today. Even copy/pasted both the email address and serial number from the e-mail in case there was a typo either I was making or one in the original e-mail.

I'm assuming we're just taking steps forward. I'll email Stardock once we start having people here who are running fine.

Activation problems here. That's ok though, babysteps to the Impulse release, babysteps to TPM2008 activation, babysteps to the final product. (If you don't know what I'm talking about check out "What About Bob" sometime ;) ). Right now any forward progress is good, given that they're dealing with two new launches on the same day.

I just saw in our internal chat room that the problem with serial numbers has been fixed!

I'm suddenly good... didn't even need to try to re-activate again. Just started it back up (I DID click on 'check for updates' on a lark, but don't think it did anything), then decided to hit Play again because people were having success and it just put me into the game.

So anyone who's gotten to the activation part and failed in the past, give it another go.

Are you getting an error message from Impulse when trying to activate, or are you getting the activation dialog when it first launches TPM?

CariElf: I'm actually good now (am currently playing with the 'make your own candidate' feature while I came back to see how everyone else is doing. I was failing at the post-install activation back around the time of Reply #53, but it kicked it the last time without even asking me to activate, which is where my surprise was.

Thanks for keeping an eye on this thread and thank the team for jumping on our issues during this process.
