Midnight releases would be a real pain...

The game does appear to be available now, but when I try to register TPM2008 in Impulse I get this error:

"Your account is expired. (ref: 103)"

I don't think it's a problem with my account in general, as I just registered and installed the Space Rangers 2: Reboot expansion through Impulse and it worked just fine.

Should I send something to support about this?

Well, got my serial number as well in e-mail. Impulse doesn't list it by default yet. I did try to register it to see if that might make a difference and was told my 'account has expired'.

So definitely a work in progress.

Hopefully I haven't caused myself issues goofing around.

Ah... what I get for not refreshing this board before posting. I'm currently in the same place as keithLamothe, so I'm thinking it's just the emails getting a jump on the official Impulse launch. (fingers crossed)

I'm in the account expired boat, too. Even tried creating a new account- same message. Guess we just sit, wait, and e-mail.

I've emailed [email protected] about it, and I figure I'm not the only one They'll have it fixed soon, I'm sure.

isnt stardock central the same as impulse?

The only info I can see which may not be good news is that on the EB Games website they postponed the ship date until the 26th. I looked on there yesturday and they had the ship date of the 16th. I wish they let us know with a posting so we can make plans to purchase or wait.

I have a different serial number in the email I got than I do on this page: https://www.politicalmachine.com/account/regs

They're even formatted differently (the one on the regs page doesn't have dashes). What's up with that?

And I also have an "expired account." Neither number works.

I did, but i get account expired when i try it.

It is infact differand everytime you refresh the page (on impuls atleast, so I do assume also here.) Same with my Sins of a Solar Empire serial number though.

I think that our serial number generator re-generates the serial every time that you request it but it uses the same seed. I don't know why it does that, I'm just the game developer.

I believe that you should be using Impulse to download it. We're working on fixing the account expired error now.

I've got the same problem, the email says I can download with serial code but I don't have TPM 2008 in my dropdown. Is there a download link?

Download impulse from here. It's like SDC, but it seems it is more supported by Stardock.

Worked for me now on impulse!

EDIT2: Well when trying to download still getting the error...but you can add the game now

Its listed on Impulse but the serial numbers I received wont work. (:(

Now when trying to download it is telling me that my regristation is invalid

EDIT: I re-added the game and it is now downloading!

Just confirming what Redus said. I re-logged on using option under the stardock button. TPM2008 popped up under My Games and is now downloading. With luck the rest of this will go smooth as silk. Good luck with your campaigns!
