Thanks for the game

Thanks to all of you who just played a 3v3 match with me tonight.

I played the demo a few times, then picked up the game the other day. I've been trying to get into a match for a couple days, but this is the first one I actually got into and played.

We had some lag problems, I don't know if it was the host or some problem along the network. One player dropped out at the first long lag spike. Then it was silent for a while and someone else said he was leaving becuase he thought everyone else had gone, but the other 3 or 4 of us were still there.

I started making some progress, then one or two other player dropped out. Then I tried and failed to raid a players home planet, I had to withdraw to my closest base, but I had reinforcements on the way. The red player chased me back to my planet where I had retreated, but I had other ships queued up and heading that way.

Then, I got a phone call and had to alt-tab out to check a few things in my browser, but I could hear a hectic battle in the background. When I got off the phone, I alt-tabbed back in and saw the Victory screen.

I don't know what happened, but I know I completely missed the big battle. At the end, the screen showed only me and one other human player still on, the other four had disconnected.

It was fun, but a little odd with the lag and people dropping out. I was just happy not to get wiped out in the first few minutes of my first multiplayer game.

Thanks for game. gg

The game automatically records replays, so give them a look.

About those automatic replays... I'm having trouble finding them and watching them. How exactly do I do that? I can't even seem to manually set a game to record and watch it later.

To watch them, just hit the Watch option in the single player menu, and change the category with the button below the list until you get to the multiplayer autorecord list.
