How do I use package File (.soundpack) when im uploading to the Sound Schemes library?

I made the soundpack and am using it but unsure how to find it in my computer to upload.

Im unsure how to save my soundpack to be able to find it for upload

Im running vista soundpack version 1.0.0.0.

Don't know about Vista, but in XP Pro it's in C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Stardock\SoundPackager\Packages
