A sort of lag / delay / jerkyness.

I have DeskScapes with Vista Ultimate.

My stats:

q6600 quad core
4gb ram
512mb 8800gt


On default dreams for windows DreamScenes and Deskscapes, everything is fine and smooth but when I import a .dream file to deskscapes, it's always kinda jerky or laggy, or a lower framerate enough to bug me.
I've tried with various files from various sites but they all kinda lag.

I've got plently of ram and cpu... and I'm not even running anything.
Is any one else experiencing anything like this?

Some of the Dreams are huge renders.  What dreams are causing you the most troubles?

Every default dream that comes with dreamscene and deskscapes work perfectly, smoothly, but any other dream I download from anywhere gives this low framerate/laggy display.

Let's see I've tried...

Xenon 2
Spirit Dance
Solar Flare
WS Engulf Blue (The one with blue flames)
Sins of a Solar Empire II

I see you're not getting an answer to your question. It's been 3 months for you. I'm having the same problem. When I inform them of which ones are the problem, they don't respond. Not a great way to keep customers, huh?

The problem may well be the quality of the 3rd party dreams.

Do all of the included dreams work correctly?
