This had begun as a collection of starships based upon the Star Fleet Universe and other sources and has now evolved into the development of a full complete mod.

What you can expect to see:
9 custom major races to choose:
United Federation of Planets; Klingon Empire; Romulan Star Empire; Kzinti Hegemony; Lyran Star Empire; Hydran Kingdom; Gorn Confederation; Tholian Holdfast; and the Interstellar Concordium.

8 Custom minor races.

Custom technology trees and weapons set up for each race.
Custom player useable shipstyles for every race.

2 Custom Immense Maps: "Federation and Empire" and "The General War"

Custom Campaign: "ISC Invasion"

Great Job Ronin, The Lyrans turned out great, way to overcome the shape angle issue. I would have never been able to figure that one out. Keep of the great work.

Now to figure a way to get the Lyrans and Kiniti to hate each other in the game. Stardock should add in a option to allow us to determine how the AI players will see each others like you can with their attitudes to you. But that's just me on my soap box. Again great job can't wait to see what yeah come up with next.

I figured out how to do that using the scenario editor. They will hate each other if you use that scenario in the mod.

There is a way to do this *indirectly* straight off default settings when you use a specific pattern of game options. But, it's rather complex.

- Diplomatic relations between races can be defined 'temporarily' on the opponents screen.

- As long as you save a game, leave and return later **WITHOUT** changing the order and locations of the selected opponents, the prefs.ini file has a steady reference of this pattern always ready to deploy.

Say...

Terrans (1) are declared at war with Korx (4), and you always use Drengins to play.

1-2-3-4-5
.6-7-8-9.

No matter who is 2,3,5 and others; the steady slots (1 & 4) will remain At war with each other as long as you don't change any for the opponents and the currently valid prefs.ini file will keep using that status.

Well I enjoyed making the Carnivon's and have been playing with them a bit. So I created a few more ships. A Light Cruiser and a couple of Destroyers. Thought I would show them off to you. All three are named after the mythical Norse Wolves. Skoll chased the sun. Hati chased the moon. Moongarm consumed the blood of the fallen. These were the brothers of Fenrir or Fenris. The one that had taken Tyr's hand.

What about detruim, was that the stuff they were mining in the ep. with the rock monster that Bones healed with cement? The stuff that they use for shields.

Those Dilithium cracking stages are the dumps, but I understand you can make tons of money at them. Careful of the Babes they through at you though.

Doesn't eveyone have latinum though? Anyone remember any special drug or material. Things that would boost morale or make people stronger in combat.

As for Romulan Cloaking Devices only way I found to pull that off is to give them Super Warrior so they can do that surprise FIRST STRIKE on enemies.

I can remember in the animated series, Orginal and in TNG that there were regeneration/ healing drugs.  Or a training that did that as well.  That idea was used at least once in all the Star Trek Series.  There were differnt names used.  Remeber that Bones gave Kirk Tri-ox.  So he could continue to fight Spock in the Kali-fe. Garth of Izar had his special morphing training. That could be someting.  Some sort of Spy ability trade, by the morphing ability or the hire of someone like the Suliban's.  I went through my books last night looking for stuff.  But most of it is like Spikan Flame Gems, Romulan Ale, Klingon Blood Wine, Tribbles,.....there was a creature called a Glomar....was the natural predator of the tribbles to keep them under control.  Klingon's wanted them bad and made pets of them (animated).  I was thinking of the Doctor from Voyager.  Could independent holographic personel be used as a trade good?  Many of the things in Star Trek like Androids, Super Computers and the like.  Can already be simulated in the tech tree.  What about exotic pets or plants for a moral boost?
