Wow looks awesome, sanity is just another record store anyway so just shop elsewhere.
You got art, skills, individuality, intelligence and admirers.
In central Vic near St Arnaud there is a hidden valley oasis Cherry Gardens with always lots of cherries, figs, stone fruit to pick yourself for small fee no matter how arid the rest of the state is - great place to visit in Dec/Jan but 'tis hard to get the locals to tell you its location!

That looks yummy!! My son would have that entirely eaten in an hour.  Cherry is his favorite. (I make a pretty awesome chocolate cheesecake myself. ;))

okay..... i will post recepie so ZUWOLF can moderate it.....and give me a star ranking.

2packets of philadelphia creme cheese (the ones that come in the small box packet)

1 can of condensed milk

2 eggs

1 packet of plain chocolate biscuits

a few table spoons of margarine

1 jar of sour cherries.

mix the eggs, creme cheese and condensed milk in a blender until there is NO lumps..(that will take awhile)

manually crush the biscuites in a bag with a rolling pin until you have cookie crumbs. then melt the margarine and add that too the cookie crumbs. then put the cookie crumb mixture into a round cooking tin, and press it out evenly.

put the jar of cherries into a saucepan on low hit and simmer them, you can crush the cherries if you like, add a smidge of sugar, and once they have simmered for about 10 mins, add some cornflour to thicken, take off the stove and cool in the freezer.

pour part of the cheesecake mixture into the tin with the biscuit lining,

once the cherry mixture has cooled, add part of the cherry mixture very carefully, then carefully spoon
the rest of the cheesecake mixture on top, and then carefully add more of the cherry mixture on top.

take a knife and swirl the cherries until you have a desired pattern.. place in an oven at about 180degrees celcius and bake for about 40 mins.

mine was still soft in the middle, but thats okay, if you leave it in the fridge overnight it will set.

There's no such thing as the perfect woman. I know this for a fact - I've been through hundreds of them and haven't even got near to finding one remotely close to perfection...  ;)

There's no such thing as the perfect woman.

If anyone knows one who cooks and cleans and is a nymphomaniac with money who doesn't speak any english, I'd call it close enough.

Be careful what you wish for... a couple of those conditions/requirements could result in a whole world of trouble/pain/grief.

For example, with the perfect woman who doesn't speak English... if you don't understand what she's asking for/complaining about and don't respond accordingly, the nymphomaniac part becomes moot/irrelevant/not for you, etc. ;)

As for the nymphomaniac bit, well they break most (all) blokes! It's like wot Mickey said to Rocky: "Women weaken knees, Rock, women weaken knees!!!".... and once yer knees are gone.... ;p

Now back to the cheesecake... mrs starkers is down at the supermarket picking up the ingredients so we can have it for dessert this evening... will report back with the low-down later. :d :d :d

Ok, the Jury is back in... would the defendant please rise!

Foreman of the jury, have you reach a decision in the matter of the Commonwealth against kittymalone, case 9980799, and if so, how do you find?

Your Honour, we the jury find the defendant guilty on all charges and recommend she serve a life sentence.

A life sentence? Don't you think that's a bit harsh?

No your Honour, the punishment should fit the crime!

In that case, kittymalone, you have been found guilty of posting fattening (but delicious) recipes on the internet, thus coaxing an already overweight person to over-indulge in a gorgeous and most scrumptious dessert, and I sentence you to life on the Wincustomize forums to deliver more of the same... sweet and succulent dessert recipes fit for a king.

;p  :p :d  :p :d :d
