'Custom Ship style' not usable

The button is broken, maybe?

When I try to create a new race and go to the Appearances tab, the 'Create New Ship Style' button is greyed out, but not when I create a custom opponent.

The purpose of that function is to control what templates the AI will use. As a human, you don't need a defined list to tell you what you must make your ships look like ;)
