Update RealTek crab looking icon

I'm not good artist, but know that there are many gifted here that might give me a hand.

I'm looking to update the ugly RealTeck icon. Looks like a crab with an "M" in the middle, have no Idea what that M stands form.

So, someone wanna take a swing at this?
