Does anyone know how to get the complete vista package for xp?

I cant find the actual vista skin along with the icon packages etc, does anyone know how to get them?

Here's my suggestion to the OP (the original poster):
Get rid of XP entirely, and switch over to Vista itself, rather than trying to make your Desktop LOOK like Vista [which would ACTUALLY turn you into a POSER rather than a Vista user].

If you like the LOOK of Vista that much, go "whole hog" and buy it instead (if you can afford it, of course: I would never advise someone to do something which would take the food away from his/her children.)
