Object Desktop Acting Weird

I had reinstall my windows vista OS and that means i had to reinstall object desktop. I have been working on making a skin. First skin studio 6 wasnt working right. Elements of the skin were not showing up in sks. The previews were not showing. So I uninstalled and then reinstalled it. It worked fine. Now windows blinds is not working very good at all. I started my pc today and the per pixle edges where not working right. It was showing fuzz? I dont know how to explain it. So i though it was my video card. But then i went into windows blinds and tried to apply Aero vista and unload windowblinds to try it again and it just wouldnt work. I couldnt apply anything. So... I restarted my pc. Aero was applied. I dont know what is wrong. Maybie I was doing to much while i installed Object desktop? I was doing scans and was on the internet and geting my pc back up and running? I tried to reinstall Windows Blinds and I think it works okay now. What do i do to make shure everything is installed properly?
