DeskScapes 2.0 - Can't move desktop icons when using internal player.

The title pretty much says it all. I'm using Vista Home Premium and when I use the internal player for my deskscapes/dreamscapes, I'm not able to move my desktop icons. Weird!
I've also found that choosing the different background video centering/resizing options don't seem to be functional unless I'm using the internal player. When using the internal player, I can choose different options, deselect the internal player and the choices will persist, so there is a kind of workaround.
