I have had Gal Civ II: Gold Edition for a long time now. I have played many times before, but a few months ago, I grew bored of the game. I stopped playing for awhile. When I decided to start playing again, one week ago, I started the game normally. When I went to start a new game, I reliazed that some buttons such as "accept" and "next" were missing. They were there, only there was no box around them, making it extremely difficult to see it without actually pressing your face againest the screen. When I moved on to select my race, the Arceans had no portrait. I also found that in your party select screen, the left half of the screen was blacked out. Actully, it was "redded" out. There was a translucent red box on the left half of the screen. Finally, when I select the other races to be in the the game with me and hit "next", my game crashes.
Are there any patches for these problems? Is it my computer? Whats wrong?
