"On" Posting Profusion

"On" Posting Profusion

why its annoying

One of the best features at JU is being able to read about other people's lives.  What they think, work for, love for, ARE for.

I also understand multiple posting is not frowned upon by the admins.

But man oh man, I HATE it when done with blatant, arrogant disregard for other users.  Almost as if TRYING to annoy, living to do it actually.

It's one thing to write several articles about different things in one day...but to take what is essentially a "what I believe" article and make it a dozen ...its ridiculous.

It reminds me think of toe nails.

Broken toe nails to be exact.

Article 1...On breaking a toe nail.

Article 2....On filing it

Article 3...On removing old polish

Article 4...On applying new polish

Article 5...On blowing it dry

Article 6....On watching the lights reflect off the nice red color

Article7....Why polish and Polish are spelled the same way.

Seriously.

I am having Jenn1 flashbacks.

It is our replies that encourage negative behavior, and even though it IS fun to take blind shots and still hit the target in the bullseye because the bullseye is about as big as the universe itself, it is having the side affect of hampering the enjoyment of our own collective space.

You are right.

I'm done.

He truly must be 18 because it's like trying to reason with a wall.

He truly must be 18 because it's like trying to reason with a wall.

That's so funny because Rose and I were just talking and she told me about the articles in here about the excessive posting and I told her," It's a waste of time though because he doesn't get it. It's like talking to a wall".

I'm just surprised he gets a lot of comments especially since he seems like a big coward and baby with his constant deleting. Are you sure he's 18? He seems younger. If he only can see that some bloggers here are actually trying to help him.

hahaha...I only ever think about lying to be younger not older! So yeah, he could be younger...I dunno.

Frankly, my 12 year old has more sense.

I don't read or comment on anything he writes anymore.  I can't be bothered wasting my time on such a narrow-minded, ignorant ass, even if he is only 18.  I know 12 years olds who can formulate better research than he can.

I, SilentPoet will boycott any blogger who states that he/she doesn't care about his/her fellow bloggers fair use of the site. No matter how enticing it is to pull the metaphorical wings off of a fly-like argument, I will resist for the betterment of JU as a blog site and for the enjoyment of my fellow JUs whether I agree or disagree with those JUs on any other level.

Erath, you're obviously marching yourself to the blogging guillotine, take the advice, and apply it. If you really want the discussions, just do it, otherwise you ain't gonna be getting any.

Why polish and Polish are spelled the same way

I once wrote a vocabulary trainer for Polish and called it "Polished".

Bad advice, folks. I got ANOTHER nasty email from the same admin (as mentioned on my stalker thread) telling me if I do this again (I'd only done it ONCE, btw) they would disable my 'report' button.

Sheesh, and I thought Jafo was bad! I take back every bad thing I ever said about him now, for he has been surpassed in assholiness by a new upstart who won't be named here.

Sounds like someone doesn't like ya LW.

Well at least now ya know...nothing can come sneakin up on ya. :NOTSURE:

The guy's articles are definitely annoying and his attitude does not help. He takes your own words and tries to use them against you as if you are being abusive to him in some way that can make you look bad, like being racist, discriminating him, or something of that nature.

But the admins of this site don't care about that and this has been discussed many times before. They are right though, he is not really bothering them, he is not necessarily breaking any site rules, he is simply being annoying and disrespectful towards his fellow JU community. Ironically, his annoyance is driving everyone nuts and driving us to want him booted just because but because he is not breaking any rules, those who are complaining are the ones getting the warnings because the complaining is becoming more annoying to the admins than he is. Talk about back-fire.

Ignoring him seems the only option for everyone who dislikes him, till the ignore feature is introduced on to the site.

I, (place your name here) will boycott any blogger who states that he/she doesn't care about his/her fellow bloggers fair use of the site. No matter how enticing it is to pull the metaphorical wings off of a fly-like argument, I will resist for the betterment of JU as a blog site and for the enjoyment of my fellow JUs whether I agree or disagree with those JUs on any other level.

I, for one, could not pledge this cause my need to be annoying (its in my nature) will drag me to post on his articles. To me, he is entertainment. He is a good source to vent out any personal frustrations by beating on his articles. I have no problem searching for articles on the site in my own way, his articles don't get in my way at all. But that's just me. I tell him to leave because I get a kick out of his reaction and because many here want him gone anyways. But I could really care less if he leaves or not. Just my 3 cents.
