Ranking system

OK.. I know this has nothing to do with politics, but since this is the only place I post, and I can't think of a category which fits it better, I will post this anways and apologize in advance:

What is this ranking system and what does it mean. I clicked on myself and it says I am #94. #94 out of how many? Is 94 good? Thanks.

Depends on which list. If you go by the 'sites' list, that goes by the number of points you have gotten in the last 30 days. At one time I was like #6, but I haven't participated as much since so I waver from the 20's to the 90's and back again.

the other list is the top users, and that is based on the total points, and accumulates up and up over time.

I would say top 100 is very good. Top 20 is quite exclusive company (points in the 20,000 and above range). I find the point system amusing because I think "blogging for points" is probably not a good "reality show theme" (These 16 individuals placed in separate rooms to blog on-line, each day our studio audience will decide which will be thrown out of their cubicle and which one will be the "Last Blogger Sitting!" hehehe). But when I started blogging I would check to see which people who were responding had been around for awhile just in terms of interest.
