Where is the "launch menu"? Shortcut not created?

The only shortcut I have to launch Twilight of the Arnor takes me right into the application.

Nowhere can I find the way to launch the game through the launch menu which supposedly has the options to run the editors, content, or manual.  Anyone else have this problem?  Where do I find all this other content?

I usually run it from objectdock so I don;t have that problem, but it seems the start menu shortcut is pointing to the main .exe. Right-click on it and choose properties and where it says target, change the part that says GC2TwilightOfTheArnor.exe to TALaunch.exe. and hit ok.
