How do I signup and play the metaverse?

I have no idea on how to sign up for the metaverse, I need step by step instructions because I have this habiat of screwing it all up unless I get spoon fed the answers starting form siging up with the regrestration thing to actualy playing the game.

Well you have an account on the metaverse already that much is clear because you can post.

Next step is on the side panel click metaverse.

Then access a drop down menu named 'Account' and scroll down that till you come across an option marked 'Edit My Characters'.

your now in the Manage Characters section, your allowed to have up to 3 characters.

Create a character, now you have to name and add a serial number to this character to make it valid. Use your serial from your copy of Galactic Civilizations 2 in the serial Number section. You can name your character anything you like aslong as it is acceptable by the Metaverse Terms and conditions. You also can upload a picture for your character, but that is optional.

You can now play on the metaverse. Open Galactic Civilizations 2 and click on metaverse. Type in your account information, your metaverse username and Password.

You'll be lead to a screen that allows you to select a character you wish to use. Then you just setup a game like you normally would if you are playing a normal game. When you finish your game you can submit your collected score to the metaverse.
