My Colors not working

I have OD Ultimate and installed My Colors through Impulse and after it installs and when I launch it the button appears on the task bar but will not restore to a full window. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled twice with the same result. I am running Vista Ultimate 32bit and have a Dell XPS 3Ghz with 3GB ram and an ATI 9800XT 256MB video card. The install seems to run fine and I also tried rebooting after the install with no luck. Please help  (:(
