Dragging Text

Was wondering if someone point me to a tutorial or tell me how to make text draggable in a list. Like to move it up and down by "grabbing" it with the cursor and dragging. Thanks :)

I don't know how that should be done, but I believe DesktopX uses VB. So you could find some tutorial somewhere that tells you how to do it in vb and use that.
