Message to all soccer moms, or 'security' moms as they're being called now

I was at my sisters second grade soccer game this weekend and I noticed how two out of every three cars
had a W04, or BUSH CHENEY, or other pro-bush crap. Well I got around to mentioning some politics during
the game and ended up straight up asking them why they were voting for Bush. Almost all the answers were,
'Bush makes me feel safer', or 'Bush makes me feel safer about he children', or more stuff about safety. Well
that struck me as odd since a lot of news headlines nowadays are 28 Iraqi Children Killed in Car Bomb, or stuff
if the sort. Also Iraq was no immenet threat threat to America in 2003 and harbored few if not any terrorists now
in 2004 Americas noble Iraq Crusade has made Iraq a breeding ground terrorists every where, and if you watched
any of the debates you also know that he had OBL cornered in Tora Bora but let drug lords take him out not 'coalition'
forces. Thereby making us more at threat. And lastly, how does being president during 9/11 make him a strong
leader people seem to forget that we actually were attacked under his watch he is 0 and 1 on preventing national
tradgedies. I just don't see how he makes you feel safer when the record was set for most people to die in one
day in recorded history under his adminastration.

Blaming a an attack like the WTC and Pentagon attack on 9/11 on Bush is total ass ridiculousness, if Gore was in there it WOULD HAVE STILL HAPPENED and I wouldn't blame Gore nor do I blame Bush.

How can you open your mouth without inserting your foot? That should be a mystery that needs to be solved.

Did you even bother to READ the 9/11 Commission Report? It said we lacked the imagination and prescience to predict such an attack, and some people still lack that imagination do you know that?

What do you think Bush stole the election from Gore?

Or did you miss the law that says a recount must be done in ALL COUNTIES for a recount to be done, not just heavily Demican counties?

And 28 kids killed in Iraq is somehow Bush's fault? He has made us safer. Can you show me where ONE terrorist action has taken place IN America since GW took office? If you believe that Iraq was no threat to us and that few if any terrorists were there in 03, then you must believe the moon is made of green cheese.

I don't mind that but I do mind the thread's authors assumption that this is all Bush's fault that the WTC fell.

actually while i was writing this I was afraid I'd come off that way, I apologize if it was misenterpreted (spellcheck) that way, what i meant to say was he was president when it happened so how does that make him seem strong on defense. Agian I think what I just wrote implied that it was his fault, I didn't try to, maybe what I'm trying to express os too hard to do by only typing it.

Like he said in the last debate. The President along with ALL the rest of us, were operating on a pre 9/11 mindset. That they (terrorists) would never attack us on our home turf. But 9/11 changed our minds on that real quick. So, given that assumption how is it that you see him weak on defense? Answer this question honestly. Have we been attacked on American soil since 9/11???
