No 10s in 2004?

I was just looking at the top rated wallpapers to see what color/style was most popular (I think blue wins) and noticed that there isn't a single 10 rated wallpaper in 2004?!?!  What happened in 2004?  Was it seeing John Kerry's face all year suck the creativity out of everyone?

I guess they could have all been updated into another year.  All of them? Really?

The rating system went through a rehash around that time...so after about 2004 there is less likelihood that a work of any kind would remain at either extreme of the scale...[one or ten]...;)

Actually, it seems to be a slump from 2003-2006. 2002 and 2007 both show as many 10s as 2003 through 2006 combined.
