Our son Jacob was born via unplanned C-section after a long and arduous labor.  While in the hospital, I was asked to keep track of feeding and diaper activities using paper hospital forms.  Instead I found an online tool called Baby Insights that helps track baby sleep, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping and medical information for mom and baby.

Jacob's pediatrician recommended formula supplementation as I was concerned about breastfeeding and my intake of medication following the c-section. My milk did not fully come in for a week, and with breastfeeding, pumping and formula, Baby Insights was helpful in keeping track of Jacob's feeding and my medicine schedule.

With Baby Insights I really liked the fact that I could go to one place and see all our information at a glance. I wish I had bought a PDA or smart phone before Jacob was born to make entering the information easier!

I don't know if you are a spammer or what, but the best thing you can do at this point is find a nursing supplementer. It's a device you can wear that allows your infant to "nurse" at your breast, and receive formula. This teaches your infant to nurse, and encourages your body to make milk.

You will eventually find that you no longer need it and will be able to nourish your baby entirely with breast milk.

Sounds like just spam to me. Unfortunately. My wife had post c-section breastfeeding concerns for real, so the title caught my eye.

My wife also suggests that in all her reading of birth stories, she hasn't yet come across the word 'arduous' to describe labor... :P

I am simply not convinced to accept it as any other case of spamming since Baby Insights and Baby Say Cheese are gifts to new parents community from its makers that act as a viable alternative to pen and paper. Even I have seen it making the lives of so many working parents quite easier and worry free while leaving their baby in the care of a nanny, a babysitter or any other family member as the useful baby information available on it in recorded form will guide them in making better informed decisions for the baby.
