Every empire gets taunted...it's part of the deal of being here, really. It's unfortunate that you feel it has got to the point where you want to leave (again), but truthfully you have not suffered anything that many other people have not endured with good humor. My empire probably gets taunted the most, because being #1 on both the MV and AltMeta we're an alluring target, but it's really all in good fun. I cant recall anyone else on the forums getting genuinely upset about such taunting. You really do need to take it less seriously and develop a thicker lizard-skin. Being in your early teens now, this will hopefully happen in time, and perhaps you will return. Farewell and best of luck!

Yeah, but according to DSep's profile HE is only 14 and I haven't seen him take the taunting as seriously as SethPenguin has. I don't think one could blame all the outbursts on age alone. Considering that everyone has told him that they are NOT personally attacking him; just taking jabs at his empire (as he has with other empires) and he STILL takes it so personal, would tell me he is a little TOO wrapped up in his character. Maybe a few more years to mature would do some good, but maybe stepping away from the computer and getting a good view of REAL life would help just as much.

14 and one of the most active modders of GC2!! From xml, to GFX, to models (a little), to dxpacks (the UI) and all other aspects of the game, i do it all (...well...maybe alsmost all )! The Bringers of Light is my main project (i plan on a few a little ones in the future). I have 3 other guys on who are on the team (feels good to be a leader), Edladner, Macmatt, and Dimzy. Stefan (terraner05) is also a help. I'm currently working on the main console...so much for just being a 14 year old!

Heh, it seems his 'never return ever' lasted about two or three days, as he's posting in the ToA news thread anyway.

I count this 3rd... You need to learn mate this is all in good fun. we arn't serious, friends are always at eachother like this and have a Great laugh afterwards. Learn to laugh at your own mistakes. If someone makes a sly comment to you out of fun make a sly comment back and laugh till you cry. It's highly enjoyable .
