Hello
I am a Consultant on RBHs to the Ministry of Panchayati Raj. We (the Ministry, CII and the undersigned Consultant) have mooted a proposal for allowing the use of Panchayat Ghars at a nominal rent of Re.1 per annum to the ISPs, for the Installation of their transmission towers in about 78,000 such buildings across India--in return for one free Internet connection to such Ghars (nodal points for RBHs) and pc etc. Only one ISP will be allowed to adopt one Ghar. For details, kindly visit:
http://www.balaji-themis.co.in/rbh
I have also proposed a Bhagidari Scheme for assisting in the establishment of Professional Colleges (MBA, MCA etc) for the Rural citizens. For details about one such College, please visit:

Regards
Prof Kumar
