How can we trust them to fight Terrorists?

I am still waiting for one of the stations that the Democrats are not afraid of to ask any kind of serious question of the two remaining candidates. No wonder they are afraid of Fox news! where they might actually have to answer a question of substance like how are they going to provide Health-care for everyone? Where will the trillions come from? Or how will they withdraw from Iraq without letting Iran takeover the country? You know actual Presidential questions, with real answers! How about making them answer to some of the votes they have cast while NOT running for office? But alas, all we get are soft ball questions from stations that have made it so plain that they are rooting for a Democrat to win the White house, they no longer even try to hide the FACT they are not fair. How can we trust either of these two candidates to lead the country when the thought of talking on Fox news to a man that has always been fair to everyone and is a well respected political journalist Britt Hume cause them both to leave little brown spots on their panties? These folk are going to protect us from terrorists? ha! if they fear Fox news, confronting the Islamic terrorists is going to make them crawl under the rock they came from.

 I propose this seal as the new offical seal of the Democratic Party!

The seal did not come through. :(

It was apparent when they refused to debate on Fox that they are scared. And they want us to believe they are not going to fold when some foreign leader growls at them? :LOL:

Republicans face hostile questions all the time since most of the MSM is liberal. Yet they take it in stride. It is definitely a sign of leadership and strength - something the democrats lack.

For starters they could ask the Democrat candidates the same questions they've been asking Prs. Bush for years.

"How are we going to pay for that?"

"What business does the government have doing that?"

"What is the U.S's interest in doing that?"

"What is your exist strategy?"

The democrats turned down a debate on FOX news, because FOX news is unabashedly aligned with the republican party. They give no counterbalance to liberal views, nor are they anything even close to "fair and balanced".

They have true geniuses like Bill O'reilly who cuts off the mike of guests who disagree with him

They give airtime to folks like Ann Coulter who SHOULD NOT be allowed to spew her hate to such a large audience

I still want to know where this evil liberal "Mainstream Media" is. It sure isn't CNN, NBC, ABC etc. If anything the closest thing to a liberal media machine would be PBS, but that was dealt with some time ago. Most of the major newspapers are all owned by big conglomerates who sure as hell aren't part of this evil liberal conspiracy either.

WRONG! It is the closest to being balanced in its COMMENTARY. Learn the difference. ANd before spouting talking points, do your own research. you will find the NEWS is as balanced or more so than any of the other outlets. NEWS, not COMMENTARY.

I have yet to see anyone make the claim you just did back it up with any facts. The only retort I get is "Bill O'Reilly". And he is a COMMENTATOR.

And even if what you said is true, then it still shows that none of them are equipped to handle adversaries in the white house. Because most of them are not going to be nice either.

Bull. Four years ago when Fox was doing its hatchet job on Howard Dean they were trumpeting a Republican troublemaker as the "innocent victim" because big bad Howard Dean wouldn't let this idiot disrupt one of Dean's campaign events before the 2004 Iowa caucus.

My parents were in the audience and when they found out that this idiot was going to be on Hannity and Colmes they called and offered to tell what really happened. My parents were told by the hannity and colmes producer that they were not interested in telling another side of the story.

There seems to be a disconnect with liberals on commentary and news. They point to commentary, and claim news. I guess because they want to believe the other 90%+ of the commentators who do parrot their views, are stating fact, not opinion.
