SDCZIP.dll cant be found, wont load icons

This is the error message I get when I try to install icon packages on my vista. Anyone know what it is? When I had XP there was never an issue.....

Hi Bichur, I tried reply #10, added the stringer with the path and now all I get is no error message, but also no icons loading.
