Perhaps they are working on it now but have no update.

Here is the new one "ZGA-225851". I hope it is has been submitted properly.
If I ask to send me password it never arrives to me - not filtred at my end, I have purchased and received mail from stardock.com OK.
What has changed is that my country in my address has been changed by who knows who to IR whereas it should be IE so am I on a ban list? I cannot change from Iran to Ireland under settings- it just jumps back to IR when I enter Ireland. Ireland is IE !!!
Corey Malone 1: Yes, we have received your ticket and I am forwarding your report of the problem to the WindowBlinds developers (you reported a problem with the positioning of mouse tracking on a maximized window when using a skin with left-justified titlebar buttons).
Ausvet: esupport.stardock.com does not share the same account login system with your Stardock.net account. Similar to your Stardock Store account, the login and password are different from your Stardock.net account. If you submit a ticket at https://esupport.stardock.com or send an email to [email protected], you should receive an autoresponse with your account details.
Mike
I have received no response from stardock beyond the forums.
thank you,
Corey
Corey: Your case is still escalated in the developer's queue. We have not forgotten about you. I had reproduced this problem prior to firing off my report to the developers, which would help speed it through the resolution process.
We do not always receive notice when an issue has been fixed (usually unless it is a major issue), so I would suggest staying current with the WindowBlinds updates in the event a fix for this problem is included.
Mike
cheers
Becuase i have waited a long time for the resolution of this issue, i would like to assist stardock with a generic sample code on how i would attack the problem (speculating on how windowblinds works)
if (skin.perpixel & window.maximized & skin.captionalign = left)
{
skin.HotSpot_x_min = skin.HotSpot_x_min - skin.leftborder.width;
skin.HotSpot_x_max = skin.HotSpot_x_max - skin.leftborder.width;
}
what this does it adjust the hotspot x range due to the perpixel right/left border. for some reason only when the buttons are on the left does windows blinds not take into account the fact that the perpixel left border is not painted.
anyone have an update on this case?
i hope its fixed before my next renewal, othewise i see no reason to renew my OD subscritpion, to pay for a defective product again.
